IldanBuild processes the information below when you use the site or send an enquiry. This notice describes the features currently installed on the site.
When you send an enquiry
The private contact form collects your name or nickname, reply email address, enquiry type and message. These are used to respond to your request and stored in an administrator-only enquiry inbox. An enquiry notification is sent to the site administrator’s email. The form requires consent to this collection before submission.
When you leave a comment
WordPress comments may store your name, email address and comment, along with your IP address and browser information. Approved comments show your name and comment publicly. Your email address is not displayed as part of the comment. Comments are reviewed by the operator before publication to reduce spam and inappropriate content.
Cookies and security records
Administrator sign-in uses WordPress login cookies. If you choose to save your details when commenting, related cookies may be stored. Hosting and security services may process access logs for site operation and attack prevention. Enquiry rate limiting briefly uses a hashed value rather than displaying the IP address itself.
External videos and links
When you play an embedded video from YouTube, Instagram or another external platform, or follow an external link, that service’s privacy policy may apply. Processing can depend on your login state and cookie settings on that platform.
Retention and deletion requests
Enquiries and comments are retained for as long as needed to respond and manage the conversation history. To request access, correction or deletion, select “Privacy request” in the private contact form. The operator will verify the requester and explain the next steps. Hosting backups may retain copies for a period of time.
